This exceptional antique pair of Indian silver presentation cups/vases has a campania shaped form supported by a pedestal and circular foot. The body of each vessel is embellished with a contemporary engraved presentation inscription to one side. The inscription to one cup reads‘Fanny Catherine Dunseley Macrae. The Gift of her affectionate Godfather and Godmother, Richard and Fanny Ouseley’ The second cup displays‘To Charles Colin Macrae.
