VINT ADJUSTABLE AVON STERLING ANTIQUE SKELETON KEY RING, MADE IN SPAIN XLNT COND
Description: Vintage adjustable Avon sterling silver antique skeleton key ring. Avon created this design in 1976 and called it The Secret Key ring. This ring is in excellent condition and looks like it was probably never worn. As you see it in the pictures. It is presently size 6-1/2 and you can adjust it to your own finger within reason. In its present position, the design section measures 13/16 inc(just under 7/8 inch) wide. It weighs 4.6 grams. On the inside it is marked AVON with a copyright mark and also STERLING and SPAIN. Possibly Carnelian Resin Length is 1-7/8 Inches Width is 1-5/8 Inches Safety Clasp Closure Marked Avon on Inside of Locket The cameo is not shell but rather could be celluloid applied to resin or some other plastic. The top opens which once held perfume. It can now be used as a locket. Or possibly you can add your own solid perfume. It is marked Avon inside the locket top. This vintge 1973 Avon Charm bracelet has 6 14k goldplated 3d charms. All are in bright. Nice condition save for the"coffeemill" which is missing a wheel on one side. The bracelet is only 6 inches and I used it mainly to display the charms hanging. The original bracelet was not present in the lot, unfortunately. Charms measure from 3/4" tall to 7/8" and do have a nice shine which I was unable to capture with my camera today due to poor lighting.Includes: Owl. They come from the estate of a woman who sold Avon many years ago. I do not know much about Avon costume jewelry. So can't date these exactly, but probably from the 1980s or thereabouts. Some come with boxes, some without. ITEM: Costume jewelry: goldtone 24" loop chain with 1-3/4" long cameo pendant. Faux cameo on pale orange-lovely lady in profile facing right. Back of cameo has a nice embossed center design. This has no maker's mark. But has the look of an Avon item. DETAILS& CONDITION: Goldtone chain has dulled and lost some of the goldtone. Spring loop clasp has also lost its goldtone. The pendant itself looks good-goldtone intact around the front; back is missing ... morea bit of goldtone. ORIGINAL BOX: Yes. This comes in a gold cardboard box with navy plush layer w/lint bits over plastic tray and a piece of yellowed and fragile foam underneath. There is no cover. I cannot say if this is an original Avon box. As there are no markings, but the necklace fits well inside. SHIPPING: I will be happy to combo ship. However. This is a very unique signed Avon necklace with Rhinestones of Turquoise. Brilliant Blue, purple, yellow, and opalish white. The chain is 19 1/2" long but is can be made into any length.
