Very old Doughnut Corporation of America doughnut coating machine from the 1930's. Large tub 34.5" X 23" X 24" deep on a 39" steel stand. Inside the tub is a cage and inside the cage is a basket. Fill the basket with doughnuts and secure in the cage. Fill the tub with powdered sugar and use the hand crank to scoop up sugar and tumble the doughnuts. This is a very cool and unique old machine in working condition. Would make a great addition to your restaurant. Kitchen, doughnut shop, coffee shop, etc. It is quite heavy. This is for an old Gem Doughnut Machine Co. cake donut dropper. This is a complete working unit. There are a couple of chips on the top rim on the bowl; also there are a couple of chips out of the bottom. The donut former is attached to the bowl and is not removable like on a belshaw unit. It looks like it makes a small cake donut; the plunger is 1 1/2" across. Still has the original spacer for the top of the plunger. I am not sure if the wall mount arm is original; but it fits perfect and works like it should. This machine has been in storage for a long time. I did a little cleaning. But it could use a complete scrub down before use. The handle has had a repair in the past; but it is solid. It is missing the wood handle on the crank; it would be easy to replace.
