It looks like it hasn't been used ... moremuch at all. It comes with the dough hook. The whisk and the flat beater for the planetary shaft and a meat grinder and feeder for the secondary shaft coming off the front of the machine. It also comes with a stainless steel bowl. It has two levers, one to raise and lower the bowl and one to increase and decrease the speed. Since it is infinitely variable, you can run it at any speed you want between 110 and 420 rpm. It has a 1/2 horsepower motor that is 3 phase, 60 cycle, 440 volt. It is ready to be hardwired or for the plug of your choice. It was manufactured in 2005 and it hasn't been used very much. It's very clean inside and out, can be set up in a visible area and will give a very positive impression. I purchased it from an old guy who bought it 3 years ago to grind his deer meat but he never even got it hooked up. He didn't know that he couldn't hook it up in his apartment.
