Large Commercial Stainless Steel Mixer Bowl 20Qt Heavy Restaurant Hobart-style
Heavy duty stainless steel 20qt mixer bowl. I am unable to determine which brand mixer this fits so have pictured and measured all the fittings for you to evaluate. It is in the style of large commercial mixing bowls but has no label or numbers anywhere on it so I do not know which brand it fits. The bowl is heavy duty and in good condition. Has 1 almost imperceptible gentle indent near the base of the bowl(doesn't show in pics it's so minor) which doesn't affect function at all. Also when looking at the first picture I noted a small(about 1/8" slight bend down to the bottom arm on the right sided c shaped fitting. This is also visable in the close up of the same fitting. I didn't notice it until I started all the measurements and saw a slight discrepancy. When full it holds 20qts. The pics show it with 16qts liquid and ... morestill 3.75" to the top. Here is a used commercial or restaurant mixer bowl. The capacity is 30 quarts with at least 3 inches to spare below the rim. So it's capacity may be even 35 quarts. Though it is very similar to Hobart-style mixer bowls, it is somewhat different and may be a Toledo product. There is a part number which I've tried to show on the pics which is 11410. It has 2 small dents which I can see but only one showed up in the pics 13 1/4. Outside diameter-rim to rim is 15 3/8 inches. The overall height is 13 1/4 inches. Shipped weight is 14 pounds.
