This is a commercial Bakery pot/pan washer. Douglas UTC6 208 volt 3 ph. power is required. Washer holds sheet pans and up to 40 quart mixing bowls. As you can see this dishwasher is in great shape for a used machine! A local Colorado bakery ordered it new from Douglas Manufacturing. The delivery date was some time in 2002. It was used in that same bakery until the doors closed for good recently. Sign of the times. Was in excellent working condition at time of removal. Since then it has been stored in a warehouse. I do not have 3 ph power at my location. So I can not power it. I cannot see any reason why this would have any issues from being stored. But sold as-is simply because it is a gently used product. This mixer has all new bearings and new grease. Timer works as it is supposed and shuts unit off after time has been reached. It also has a hold feature on the timer for continued mixing. We did our best to preserve the original look of the airstream while adhering to the NSF board of health guidlines. The trailer was licensed in the state of ct as a commercial bakery and licensed in the city of Danbury. Ct as a vending"truck" and commercial kitchen(2012) We have grown into a permanent location and are no longer using the trailer. We had three people at a time working in the trailer with plenty of space. There is stainless counter space in the front and the back of the trailer by the three bay sink, an espresso machine area with its own small refridgerator. There is a larger NSF fridge for ingredients. The oven is a rockstar.a Blogett half sheet, six rack convection ... moreoven, which is vented(fire marshal approved) and runs off the trailers propane tanks. Electricity is provided by two Honda 2000 generators(light and portable, and worth a lot on their own) two circuits are needed to run all so if you are plugging in, keep this in mind. HUGE Commercial Bakery DOUBLE Rolling Rack 8' Tall Bread Trays Pan Sheet Speed
This listing is for one 8' rolling bakery tray rack. The racks are designed to hold flat or short sided bakery bread trays. The OUTSIDE dimensions of the racks are approx 8 foot tall( a little taller actually. With the wheels) x 43.25" deep, by 29" wide, as shown in pics. These are big double deep racks, with 15 slots, each holding 2 bread/bakery trays/sheet pans, etc. The rack is made of sturdy lightweight material(so light, I think it is all cast aluminum) The racks show signs of use. One of them had a split weld on a bottom corner, as shown. This is an easy repair with common hardware, and does not affect the way the rack moves, rolls, or operates. Wheels also show signs of use, but the carts still roll smooth, with very little effort. They racks have rear reinforcement to keep them sturdy. The trays that came out of the ... morerack are approx 27.5 x 21.5, and as mentioned, 2 will fit per shelf. It can hold flat trays of those dimensions, or racks with short sides. Vintage 1950s Trade Legal Commercial Grade Aluminium Baking Trays. Set of 4 with lids all in excellent clean very usable condition. Trays show signs of many years of use so lots of patina. Fantastic heavy guage aluminium so typical of 1950s production so will last another lifetime. All trays are stamped with the Royal ER logo which I assume must be for the weights and measures trade legal reasons. 2 trays are dated 1953 and the other 2 1954 and manufactured by Falconwar. The lids are manufactured by Rank Hawker Ltd Birmingham. Will look superb in a small organic bakery or any similar enviroment where style is as important as the product.
