So I purchased a brand new charger to get them going only to discover the batteries wont hold a charge. So since I have no batteries that work. I have no way to test the units, so cant guarantee the radios work any more. 2 of the radios have mics on that look to be in excellent shape and as I said the before they worked when I put them in storage 6 years ago. 2 of the radios have removable belt clips on the back which are in good shape. all three antennas are weathered and cracked but all knobs seem to be in good shape. the radios all have both battery prongs, with one having some minor corrosion. Kenwood TK-790H radios and accessories
This equipment was barely installed when it was replaced in a digital upgrade. They operated in the 155 Mhz band. There are 2 TK-790H transceiver deck as well as 4 control heads. I believe these were al set up as dual head radios for ambulance use. The microphones are all DTMF. I am not sure what all is here but there are lots of cables and speakers. I am not sure all the speaker and control head brackets are here. Look closely at the picture before buying- what you see is what you get. These radios are in very good cosmetic condition from very little use. I did not power on anything because I did not know how the dual head setup worked.
