I put it in a sink full of water and it comes on and works. It comes with 10 extra brushes. For a total of 15 brushes. Don't really know anything about this. There is a tag on the cord with a model number of MO-50. Serial number 1013, and Mfg Date 030E11P. Also stamped in the stainless steel base is the number S79968. Stands 11 inches tall. 8 inches wide, and 12 inches long. The brushes measure 5 inches tall(just the brissels) and one brush measures 6 inches.
