Up for auction is a Enterprise Cast Iron Sausage Stuffer Press. Also great for lard. Wine, fruit and cider. It is missing some accessories but does come with small plate which is marked No. 25 small plate, strainer and strainer plate. It appears to be in pretty good condition. The stenciling is faded and there is some light surface rust. Handle turns properly and gears turn smoothly. Back is marked with#2070 and gear is marked with#2074. I do not how many quarts this is but the container part of the press measures 9" tall and total height including arch is approx. 17" The inside diameter of the stuffer is approx. 6 1/2" The handle will be removed for safe shipping and insurance will be include in your shipping cost for this item. Very heavy Does rack forwards and backwards Beautiful rustic look, This unusual contraption is a cider& fruit juice press that was made by the Dutcher Machine Co in Fulton. NY around 1920. This is one of the nicer models they made having both a"masher" and a"juicer" combined into one machine. Both the wheel for the masher and the crank for the juicer turn easily. This machine is very heavy and would make an excellent rustic decoration for a restaurant or shop. The ... moreframe does rack some forwards and backwards. This combined with the weight of the machine makes it so I would not recommend using this in a situation where you would be moving the piece often. All parts seem to work, and the entire machine has a really beautiful, rustic look. Rustic cider& fruit juice press by Dutcher Machine Co. Here is the wheel for the"masher" The mashing part is a giant screw through this thick metal brace. The masher would have had a wooden end that would fit into the mashing bucket. This is one of the wheels for the juicer portion. The gears are still working smoothly. Mashed produce would have been put in here to be juiced. This is the label on the juicer portion. The upper end of one of the support legs. This is the opposite side from the main picture. This label appears on the thicker legs that support the mashing side. Antique 45 Gallon Capacity Ratchet Type Wine Press
For sale is a very old 45 gallon capacity ratchet type wine press with a cast iron base and an enameled drain trough and spout. Included are 15 4 inch x 4 inch x 12 inch wood blocks to assist in the pressing operation some of which are wine stained. The overall height is 5' 2" The basket is 24 inches in diameter and 24 inches high. The cast iron base is 16 inches high with a 2 inch deep drain trough. The screw is 2.25 inches in diameter. Due to the size and weight. Pick up only. The press is located at ground level next to a paved driveway. I have no way to determine the weight. My guess is that it might weigh approximately 200 pounds. The construction and ambience is far superior to that of a new ratchet press and less expensive.

I t measures approx. 34 1/2 inches by approx. 22 1/2 inches when completely unfolded and it does have multiple folds as expected and when folded back up it measures approx. 11 3/8 inches by approx. 5 7/8 inches. see pictures) This example is in very nice condition with only the very slightest edge wear or a small edge crease. This estate sale find is a very nice vintage Red Cross Mfg. fruit crusher or grinder. Wood hopper and base with metal grinder and iron crank handle. Very good condition. All wood is solid and metal parts in great shape. There are 3 missing bolts that go through each side of the base's and support the metal grinding area. see photos of sides where bolts once were) Stamped Red Cross Mfg. Bluffton Indiana. Also stamped No. 2 on side of hopper. Measures about 11 1/2 inches tall. Hopper measures 18 3/4 inches by 18 3/4 inches at the top. The two base piece's are about 31 inches long and the iron shaft and crank handle extend about 13 inches away from base. The handle has a set screw and can be taken off shaft if need be. Enterprise Sausage Stuffer Fruit Wine Press 6 Quart Cast Iron
Here is a really nice Enterprise sausage stuffer also used as a fruit or wine press. The basket weld is broken and the tube is dented but it is still usable. The pieces you see in the pictures are all included in this auction. The paint on this piece is still very good. I haven't seen one in this good of shape in a long time. I believe this is a 6 quart stuffer. It measures 17" high with the plate all the way down and the basket measures about 6" across It is a very heavy piece. Selling With No Reserve! Hi! I have for Auction here an antique 1897 National Specialty Mfg. 4 Quart Sausage Stuffer. There are 2 press plates included. One fits tight against the side walls and the other one has probably an 1/8" space all the way around. It comes with the nut(the nut may need a gasket or something I don't know) and spout but the spout is in poor condition. Everything moves freely, cranks up and down good, swings/turns out good. There is a spot on the base that is welded, not on the pot but where the pot sits on. See Pictures. I'm selling it as you see it. Get yourself a great deal here. The press is 11 inches long by 6 inches tall. The history of this press. Is that it is from a turn of the Century Pharmacy, in Chautauqua County New York. Up for auction is this 8 Qt Enterprise Manufacturing Co Sausage Stuffer. Fruit Press, Wine Press. It has most of its original paint however the gold painted front graphics are mostly faded.
