Three commercial mushroom exhaust hood vent units. Unknown working condition; sold as-is. Were originally used for hood ventilation on a bake-house attached to a restaurant. The building where the restaurant was has since been sold and re-purposed. The product labels are barely visible. So I can't verify the model# of each unit. They are approximately 36" in diameter and 30" tall. Buyer will have to pick up the units his/her self. Two of the three units are still mounted above the old bake-house. KS-100 Energy Saving Short Cycle Exhaust System For Kitchens Utilizing Untempered Make-up Air Supply The KS-100 energy saving system allows the introduction of untempered outside air directly into the hood. By introducing this air into the capture area of the hood. The amount of air taken from the kitchen is reduced, thus saving energy during the heating and/or cooling seasons. The amount of"short cycled" air that can be introduced without affecting capture of the contaminants varies with the grease, smoke and heat generated from the cooking apparatus.
