This is an autoclave sterilizer with small table-top footprint and 3 trays in very good condition. Gently used, and meticulously maintained. It was recently serviced(6/2012) fully overhauled, parts replaced, calibrated, and safety tested by a major Long Island sterilizer company(Duraline service tag attached to body) Dimensions: 12" wide. 15" high, 15" deep. Tray: 5-1/4" wide. 13-1/4" long, and 3/4" deep. Weight: 35 lbs. This is a heavy-duty autoclave made of stainless steel and chrome-plated iron with lots of interior room. It is a beautifully designed high-tech-looking instrument that will look great in either a laboratory or small OR. Use of distilled water is recommended. Operating instructions and spare parts list are included. This was a top-of-the-line model when new.

A shutter mechanism remains closed whenever the chamber door is opened or a cycle is not in progress. Shielding the U.V. light, to protect the operator from U.V. radiation when loading and unloading parts. When the door is closed and the cycle started, the shutter opens exposing the part to 400 watts of Ultraviolet energy from a 1.5 inch medium pressure mercury vapor lamp. Exposure time is set by a built-in digital timer. When the exposure cycle is complete, the shutter mechanism automatically closes. As you can see in the photo with print out the last cycle ran perfect and it was cycle#2566. This sterilizer came in on a trade and we don't know a whole lot about it nor do we have the means to test in our facility so it is being sold as is.
