It is highly recommended that the end user cut slots in the board to prevent skin effect if using at higher frequencies. It will need to be immersed in oil and unless you have very fat cables to deliver the 120KV, so will the load and main supply transformer- 120KV will reach out and touch you at about a foot in regular air!
