This auction is for a used Munchkin 399M propane fired hot water boiler. This is a large commercial output boiler with a modulating range from 100.000-400,000 BTU's. This boiler was manufactured in 2006 and installed in 2007. It was used in a facility where the primary heating source was a wood-fired boiler and the Munchkin was installed as backup so it has very low hours. It was recently removed after 5 seasons of heating. Boiler was removed due to a complete heating retrofit and had nothing to do with the operation or function of this machine. The boiler was operating correctly when removed and is in overall good shape. Boiler comes complete with all original internal plumbing. Internal fuel regulator and fittings intact. If you are trying to convert a Honeywell gas valve from natural gas to propane and your specifications call for part# 396221 then the spring and cap I removed from my valve are the correct parts you need to do that. A PDF installation and instruction manual will be included in the sale. Be advised to go from Natural to propane you will also need to change the burner orifices to a smaller hole size.
