Up for aucton is a nice used Shimano Sedona 4000FA Spinning Reel. This reel has been used. But was well taken care of and not abused. There is no corrosion apparent on this reel. I have NOT taken the side plate off. All functions seem to work correctly. The reel is NOT locked up. And the handle turns freely. The drag adjust knob functions, and the drag reacts properly when done so. The anti-reverse lever is free, and all works like it should. This reel can be set up for either a right or left handed person. There is some monofilament present on this reel. I do not know what test it is. Should probably be replaced as I do not know it's age. I will leave it on there. As it could work well as backing material. Line capacity: 8# mono 240 yds. 10# mono 200 yds. 12#mono 160 yds.
