This is for all four grater/shredder plates. They are used and came with my used Hobart pelican attachment. Plate#1 is a grater. 2 is a 1/4" cheese/vegetable grater, 3 is a 3/16" grater and#4 is a 5/16" shredder. I don't know if they are actual Hobart brand or not. They are slightly warped but still usable and seem to be sharp. At this price you could keep the one you need and get rid of the others and still be money ahead!

I tested the slicer and shredder prior to now and both turn straight and operate as designed. Pelican head is missing the foil name tag and looks identical to another I have which has the tag. Pelican head measures +/ 12-3/8"h x 11-1/4"w x 17-1/2" front-back. All items are in used condition. The shredder disks have a few minor bends at the rims, but install as designed. Slicer blades may need sharpening, although I won't be testing them with my finger. Head body has several minor scratches. #12 Pelican Head For Commercial Hobart Mixers
This attachment turns your 20. 30, 40 or 60 qt hobart mixer into a high capacity grater. These attachments are incredibly useful and this one is ready to work for you. It already has a 3/16 grater disc but you can get any number of other discs to grate at the size you wish. This unit can also be used for slicing vegetables with a separate slicer disc. If you're unsure whether this will fit your mixer just measure the square hole in the front of your mixer. If it is 1/2 inch then this is for you. If it is 3/4 inch then you need the#22 pelican head.
