This is a HOBART 60 Quart Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl(A-60SS) from an estate in Green Valley. AZ. This bowl was repurposed by cutting off the three flanges. I guess new flanges can be reattached to fit the bowl to the mixer arm. The bowl measures 19 1/4" across at the rim x 17 1/4" high. Made of heavy guage stainless steel and weighs 27.5 lbs.
