Top diameter is about 19" and height is about 16&1/2" Overall weight is just under 25 pounds. There are 2 dents that are too small to show in the photos. Item is in clean and ready to be put to use. There are no markings that I can find that would indicate who the manufacturer is or what machine it is designed for. It has been suggested to me that it would make a great flower pot in front of a bakery or a useful watering trough on a farm.
