This is for all four grater/shredder plates. They are used and came with my used Hobart pelican attachment. Plate#1 is a grater. 2 is a 1/4" cheese/vegetable grater, 3 is a 3/16" grater and#4 is a 5/16" shredder. I don't know if they are actual Hobart brand or not. They are slightly warped but still usable and seem to be sharp. At this price you could keep the one you need and get rid of the others and still be money ahead!

From a local school district which is no longer preparing food for the students. This pelican head. Along with the other items shown, came with a 20 quart AS-200 mixer. I tested the slicer and shredder prior to now and both turn straight and operate as designed. Pelican head is missing the foil name tag and looks identical to another I have which has the tag. Pelican head measures +/ 12-3/8"h x 11-1/4"w x 17-1/2" front-back. All items are in used condition. The shredder disks have a few minor bends at the rims, but install as designed. Slicer blades may need sharpening, although I won't be testing them with my finger. Head body has several minor scratches.
