I used this Graco 206580 Viscon heater to preheat my B side spray foam before it entered my E20 Reactor. I have since bought an E30 and no longer need the preheater. I have been using my E30 for 1 1/2 years now. So this has been sitting on the shelf and time for it to go. It is a 240V 1ph 2100 Watt heater. 3000psi I'm not sure if the light works on it any more or not. It's a small 240V light available from McMaster Carr if it is burnt out. The heater was still working great when I unhooked it from the E20 machine.

First of all I am a spray foam contractor and I have used this same machine everyday that we sprayed foam for the last 8 plus years. The reason we bought this unit was for spare parts because it had been setting for over a year we thought that that was all it was good for. But after getting it back into the shop, we were able to flush out the hoses and system. The only thing left to do is rebuild the A-side pump and add some new hoses that will be included if you buy this system. This is a complete working spray foam system all you need to add is power and compressed air! The Guardian and the P-2 were the last new designs that GlasCraft had before being bought out by Graco. Graco keep building the Guardian machine untill about two years ago when they came out with a new air driven machine.
