This transformer was pulled from an RF Deck; it has continuity on all windings& is in good physical condition- see photos. This single phase 60 Hz transformer has a 118 V primary. The secondary insulation resistance for 20 kV operation.

Vintage Powerstat Variable Transformer Superior Electric Co Excellent Condition
This is a very nice Powerstat variable transformer. Is made by superior electric company in Bristol Connecticut. And probably dates to the 1950s. This transformer is type 2106- LC, rated for 115 volts, 6 KVA. This is a great vintage variable transformer in excellent condition. The cord is not frayed, the insulation is good, the windings are in great shape, and this variable transformer works perfectly. There's no rust or corrosion anywhere. Someone added the outlet box-it can be removed easily- but it is kind of handy. This would be a nice addition to your test bench, and a must have for vintage radio work. All shipping includes insurance and tracking. We pack items very well. Good luck!
