HEATED ELECTRIC MIXING POT FOR CASTING RESIN Condition: USED/ GOOD/ NOT TESTED HEATED ELECTRIC MIXING POT FOR CASTING PLASTIC PARTS Don't know much about this or what it was originally designed for. Obviously some sort of heated mixing pot. It still about half full of some kind of hard plastic. So it may be used to heat up some kind of adhesive or casting plastic. Not sure. Im going to say the latter because the pastic that still in the tank is rock hard. So I would think this is made to heat a casting resin of some sort. Unit was working when we got it but I haven't tested it since. Right angle gear motor is a 1/2 hp. 220-440 volt, 3 phase. I would guess the heater side of this is single phase, thermostat goes up to 300 degrees as you can see in the picture. Motor has a Square D manual starter. Also the ball valve handle turns freely, ... morelooks like someone rigged up an extension on it so maybe the notch in the end of the extension is messed up? Other than that I can't tell you anymore about this. Looks like a nice unit if you have any use for it. Obviously this will have to ship motorfreight to a commercial location so their will be a freight charge. I have a great deal for some one looking for Pellet Silos or store what you want in them. They are cone bottom bins. There are three bins total only two are in my pictures, but all three go with the listing. There is catwalk and top rails that go between bins. The silos were made to be set in a triangle with two catwalks going off of the silo with the side latter. They have side entry doors. All the bottom gates and magnets that pellets flow through are there. All the bins have Bindicator sensors. Just the sensors are worth $5000 Each bin is 1710 cu ft. 12' Dia. and 24' tall The Silos are in great shape. They were built in 2003 used for 4 years. The paint is like new. I have painted it in a lovely turquoise color. I hope you'll like it, water based paints were used, so no harm to the birch plywood at all. Ultimaker works absolutely fine no problems. Might need some minor tuning after transportation. The only reason I'm selling is that I'm switching to another technology and need the money. I really don't wanna let it go. It's the Ultimate Toy! It has been used lightly over the past year ... moreand is in excellent cosmetic shape. I have made a few mods to it like fanduct v2, vibration reducing feet, it has some other stuff too(wera screwdriver, blue painter's tape) check photos, silver plastic 3.00 mm roll will be included, no spool sorry. I will be honest if you do not have experience in using a 3D printers there is a MUST- a learning curve. I much will prefer a buyer with some knowledge of the workings of these machines or someone who understands these are experimental devices. There are minor scratches on the inside from the gravel including one long one that I attempted to capture in the photos. The buy it now price is for one sheet per specified dimensions Buyer pays shipping cost About this material: Solid phenolic is a composite material made by applying heat and pressure to layers of kraft paper saturated with phenolic resin. The heat and pressure causes a chemical reaction that transforms the materials into a high-density thermosetting industrial plastic. The material is very dense with a phenolic core and colored formica surface on both sides. Physical Properties- Very low moisture absorption- Stable under changes in humidity and temperature changes. Scratch and cut resistant. Low friction Formica ... morelike surface on both sides- High density- Resistant to marking or graffiti Cutting. Machining, and Fastening- Can be cut with woodworking tools using standard carbide tooth saw blades. Machines very well with router cutters leaving a smooth finish with not tear out or chipping. Spiral carbide router bits work best. Can be drilled and tapped with standard tooling. Can be glued with standard two part epoxy. Can use regular woodworking screws in pre drilled holes. Self tapping screws also work well. Typical Uses- Signs and store fixtures- Excellent material for woodworking fixtures where density and stability are critical. Router tables.
