The motor is 10 1/2" Long, and 7" in diameter. This was mounted on a Table saw, and removed to use for another project. It was stored in clean dry storage, and I never did a thing with it. I plugged it in to a wall outlet and it has POWER! It almost flipped over on the bench, when it was powered up! It Spun fast! Solid motor! No noises, and working good! Up for bid is a Dayton electric split phase AC motor. This motor is 0.5 HP. 7.8 AMPS, 115Volts and 1725RPM. This motor is in very good visual condition. There is a significant amount of rust on one side of the mounting bracket and there is some surface rust on the other side. There are also some marks and such but this motor looks good overall. It seems to work very well. The rod spins without a problem and the motor runs quiet. The plate that covers the cord connection is missing and the face plate on the end of the plug is missing. Dayton double end 1/2 HP. electric motor
This is a Dayton 1/2 hp capacitor start 110 volt reverseable double end motor. One end is 1/2" diameter shaft and the other end is 5/8. This motor was mounted on a piece of equipment that I never used and sat an the floor ever since. The base flange has some rust on it but does not effect it's operation.
