The mainspring winds and all the wheels spin, but the center post for the hand is broken off and the hand is missing. The silvered metal dial has spotting from use but the printing is still sharp. I am not sure if there is any other problems with the movement, we never cleaned or disassembled it. The serial number on the movement is 31378121, also marked on the movement is: WALTHAM U.S.A. 16, 43-TA, NINE JEWELS. The dial measures approximately 2 inches in diameter and the movement measures approx. 1-11/16 inches in diameter. This is a set of 4 plastic Old Timer Cars. I'm assuming 2 of them are the 1909 Opel Coupe and the other 2 are the 1910 Benz Limousine. Honestly don't know that much about them. At time of posting.
