This 1871 document is for transfer of Patent Rights related to Patent# 64468 issued in 1867 to James W. Smith of Dupres Illinois. The Patent was for the invention of a Broad Cast-Seed Sower and was transferred to W.J.J. Hamilton& Wm. Betts of Pine Bluff Pa.
