I am offering for sale this lovely original Goebel Hummel figurine. This one is called the Barnyard Hero. He is marked with an impressed 195/2/0. A small number 10 and the copyright year, 1948. He is ink stamped with the(R) Goebel W. Germany trademark. He also is ink signed, Hu 82. He measures 4" tall and has a base measuring 2 7/8" wide. His base of course. Has the M I Hummel impressed mark. The figure depicts a classic Hummel little boy, in a blue jacket and lederhosen jumping a barnyard fence to escape the attack of an angry goose. This is a vintage Hummel figurine bought in Germany in the 1960's and always on display in a glass case. Excellent like new condition. No chips. Cracks or discoloration. On the back it has the original paper name, Strolling Along. The bottom has the V with Bee logo, under which it says W. Germany. The 5 trademark and also 7B are stamped in the china. I Believe this figurine was retired in 1989. A great addition to any collection!

Normal 0 This very pretty silver plate creamer and sugar bowl set has stylish ribbed open handles. The name of the pattern is unknown. The sugar bowl measures 3” in diameter at the top. 3 ½” high(from bottom of bowl to top of curved handle) and approximately 3” deep. The creamer measures 2 ¾” in diameter at the top. 3 ½” high(from top of handle to bottom of bowl) and 2 ¾” deep. There is a five-rib motif on each open handle and it tapers down to a slightly upturned curl at the bottom of the item. The creamer and the sugar bowl each hold 8 ounces. This bottle is excellent shape having no cracks, chips, fish eyes, flea bites, or haze. The ACL is intact and pretty clean with only slight discoloring. Inside the bottle there is a little bit of dust/dirt, I havn't tried to clean or rinse out in fear that the water might weaken the ACL. Engraved on the bottom 1-QT. Measures 3 3/4 inches tall x 6 inches across the top rim and 5 3/4 inches across the bottom. In very good condition for a older crock c.1900's. This is a rare VINTAGE TIN that once held bath powder from the well-known"TRE-JUR" Brand. The lid shows the vintage LITHO trademark of the woman looking at her reflection in her compact. The bottom includes the wording. House of Tre-Jur, Inc. Paris, New York" The tin is in very good vintage condition with 2 minor dents on the side. Some of the gold is missing from the outer rim, but the paint on the tin and the lid is still very nice. Not sure what the raised opening is on the lid.curious. But didn't find any other's like it when I reseached it. Not sure of the age, either. The Tre-Jur brand dated back to early 1900's, but this tin is likely from 30's-50's? Up for your consideration is a very old antique/ vintage solid brass CAPE COD SHOP ROSTAND fire starter/ smudge pot with original wand! Piece is in very good condition with excellent aged patina! There is a slight minor dent on the side(please refer to photos) Pitcher itself measures 6 Inches X 4 3/4 Inches and weighs 12 OZ. Wand measures 12 1/2 Inches X 3/4 Inch and weighs 6 ounces. This container was a vital part of survival in the early 1900's making it extremely easy and convenient to start a contained fire. The smudge pot worked by pouring kerosine into the pitcher and letting the rock attached to the wand absorb the liquid. Then they would stick the wand under a piece of wood/ kitling and light it.
