This was pulled from a working environment when a local business closed. I don't have 220 at my home. But an electrician took it, wired it, and tested it. He says it works great. The switch box was not wired so that was not tested. However, the box doesn't even have a hole cut anywhere on the box to indicate that it has EVER been wired so I think it was stored since new and was never used. to be sold as-is since I can't test it.
