For 3-10ohm and 10-40Ohm cartridge. Currently 3-10ohm input is connected to RCA connectors(also you can connect and use 10-40Ohm input) The cosmetic condition is excellent. The RCA connectors are of highest quality with soldering free design. So it's very easy to switch the primary winding, ground pole is from Cardas. I'm not sure how they compare to other Tamura transfomers. But I have compared them to the UTC A20(Stancor WF30) They have a more hifi sound- more gloss than the UTC. They severely lack low end. They bring things into focus in a very clean way. I really like them on snare, toms, and overheads. Actually I love this xformer on the snare- adds that APIish sheen.I kept a few to use in my own studio for these purposes. On guitar they shelve off high end grit and noise and bring the mids forward and really focus them. Very clean but full and rich.
