This came from a working and functional railroad crossing gate station. It was one of those closet sized steel gray enclosures that operates the automatic railroad crossing gates across roads. The station was removed due to a roadway improvement. Not becuase it was not functional, and it's exterior and all in it was in good condition. I have not tested this transformer. But I have 2 battery chargers that came out of the same station that work great and that I use constantly, so I'm pretty sure this works as well. I will be more than happy to test this if you tell me how to do it with an ohm meter. I don't know how to test it properly. It is sold as is as pictured as found with all the original connection nuts and hardware and the remaining terminal leads that were cut when this was removed for salvage. As pictured.
