It is a used item with some light scuffs and scratches on top and front panel. There is also some light cooking residue, especially down in the slots. There are two simple knob controls for light to dark. Manufacturer’s panel marked 208v and 2.8 kw. Both removable crumb trays are clean and removable. There is some toast residue inside. NOTE: This item comes with a 220v(208V) wall plug with two horizontal spades. It will not work in a standard household receptacle. I was able to work around with a specialized 110 cord and the heating element and toast cycle springs worked fine but it did not heat up enough to toast the bread without the full 208v.
