I am in the process of migrating all my amplifier/music related listings to a new ID Ampstack to divide my business dealing/repairing music gear from personal stuff selling. Hit the new account listing limit. So got to wait that out. Let me know if you spot a duplicate on the accounts because I've not paid attention. 150w guitar head with high gain channel. Clean channel sounds great for bass. High gain one, not so much. both are good for guitar though. Just been fully serviced, new KT88 valves in the power section, although will probably put those back to 6550 when I next order valves as KT88 are kind of overkill. Some oldschool British built amp influences in construction, but the intention is clearly 80-90s metal. The exterior has some blemishes for being over 40 years old. However internally you can see just how clean it is. This head comes with a nice Acoustic branded cover and has its original 2 prong power chord. This is a two channel amplifier that pushes about 110 watts RMS at 4Ω. A beefed up circuit employing seven tubes featured the relatively new 6L6 beam-power variety. In metal. The 5Z3 rectifier, 6C5 driver and 6F5 microphone channel preamp remained from the earlier model, but the twin triode 6N7 was replaced with two 6C5 triodes for the instrument and microphone channels. Marshall AVT 150 Combo Amp
Used Marshall AVT 150 watt guitar amplifier for sale. This is a four-channel amp with a tube pre-amp and solid state for the main output. It has two overdrive channels. A clean and an acoustic simulator, as well as a ton of effects(multiple reverbs, echo, phaser and more) It was purchased sometime around 2003 as a floor model, so I'm assuming it was a couple of years old by then. The amp itself is in good working condition. With all four channels and two effects loops working fine. The outside of the amp is quite scuffed up, with patches of the outside tolex missing(see pictures) There are a couple of missing knob heads(the actual knob is still functional) Finally, the channel selector footswitch is not currently working- it stays in the first channel(acoustic) Someone who is a bit handy could surely fix this, as it seems to be purely ... morea mechanical problem(not the electronics) Replacement pedals are also available online. All in all. The amp looks a little rough, but it plays fine.
