Hello and welcome to my auction. This item is a Bloomfield commercial restaurant automatic iced tea brewer dispenser. This brewer is used but still fully functional. There are some minor issues which I will now describe. 1 I played with this a bit and the following information I believe to be correct but I could be wrong you might know already how this thing works and how to operate it. I was just messing around trying to figure it out. the adjustment for the length of brew has been set to zero. during each cycle the hot water that goes thru the basket puts out 1/2 gallon? you then set the timer seen in the photo to determine how much cool water is added. You can thus adjust the tea from light to strong. You can put in 1 bag(1 gallon) of tea or up to 3 depending on how much you need to brew at once. so 1 to 3 gallons at a time. You will have ... moreto fiddle with the setting to get the proper adjustment I think a good starting point for three gallons would be about 190. Watch the brew process carefully until its adjusted or the tank might overflow on you. You need to start by deciding what size batches you will be making. The adjustment is under a panel so its not something you adjust every cycle. You need to say OK I'm going to brew 2 gallons at a time and then adjust the amount of cool water that enters to make the tea to your liking. I am 100% certain that somewhere there is a really cool chart that tells you exactly how to set it but I don't have that chart so I can only advise you to experiment. 2 the plastic cover that goes on the dispenser is cracked. I glued it and I think I did a pretty good job but there is no telling how long it will hold or if you will agree that I did a good job. 3 just above where the basket slides in there are many scratches from when people missed and banged the basket on the front panel.
