Vintage Bon Chef 9130P Mixing Bowl Restaurant Ware White NSF
This is a vintage Bon Chef mixing bowl. It's aluminum with a ceramic like coating. Measures 9" wide by 4.5" H. Marked NSF on the bottom and good for the food service industry. It has a slightly textured appearance and there are a few small indents around the rim but these aren't chips. I think it's just a deviance in the aluminum before coating. There are some light scratches associated with use but is in overall good shape.
