You purchase these items as is with no warranty and non returnable. This item has no visible blemishes, other than a few very small specks of red silicone totally encapsulated in the silicone. It was poured in a mildly firm mixture of our premium silicone. Here is an addition ... moreto our new Short Sound Collection of unique pieces we call the Short Cath. We have been working on this piece for approximately four months and after several modifications have finally settled on this design. The overall length of the sound is approximately four inches. The tip is approximately 6mm in diameter and gradually tapers up to approximately 8mm just in front of the first retention ball of 9.5mm. This is immediately followed by a 6.5mm diameter retention valley. The following expansion swells out to approximately 10mm before shrinking back down to the remaining 8mm diameter shaft that extends another.75" out to the safety flange. This sound can be used a two different ways. It can be inserted so the initial sphincter just inside the tip of the penis will rest in the retention valley and the second expansion on the outside or just inside the tip, or it can be fully inserted to the flange allowing both expansions to form a seal inside the glans. This piece has a 3/32" internal bore to accommodate drainage when worn for extended periods.
