Very nice vintage rayon Hawaiian shirt in good condition made by Seawanee Sportswear in a size Small. The shirt measures 20 inches across the chest under the arms. 24 inches tall from bottom of collar to lower hem, and from shoulder to shoulder 15 inches. The buttons are made from a plastic like substance. The shirt is made from a silky rayon fabric. The sleeves and sides have double stitching and there is only interior and no top stitching on the collar's lapels. There is a loop-over button under the collar. The condition is very good showing only light use over the decades and no rips, holes or stains. The collar is slightly dirty and a shoulder seam has a small spot where the material in the rolled seam has come out from under the stitches which are still intact. Vintage 40's flounce from Art Deco garment*Pleated rayon/ nylon material*6" Wide lace/ scalloped top and bottom edge*Lace hand sewn to fabric* 3 1/2 yards long/ all one piece Offered here is a beautiful piece of vintage lace. This looks like it was taken from an Art Deco negligee. Overall it is about 8 1/2" wide with a 6" wide lace which is hand sewn to a nylon material. Both have a pressed pleat. The lace has a deep scallop both top and bottom with rows of flower garland draping with the scallop on a net background. This is 3 yards and 18" long, it is all one piece, circular, with one seam. Appears to be a rayon and nylon fabric, probably rayon lace. Very light and flowing. Excellent condition, no stains, no tears, sturdy, very clean. Please view all photos. Vintage 1940s Liberty House Hawaii Hawaiian Rayon Blouse & Jumper Dress WOW!
This is an amazing Circa 1940s Women's Blouse and Jumper from Honolulu Retailer The Liberty House. From original owner's estate. It includes a Rayon Blouse with tie at waist and Linen Jumper. Both feature bright red Plumeria Flowers. This was a Size 10 but would be quite small by today's standards. The blouse measures appx 13 3/8 inch across shoulders seam to seam and 17 inches long from top of collar to hem may be midriff size. Bust can stretch to nearly 36 inch under arm area. Jumper is appx 23 inches at waist and 37 inches total length from top of straps to hem. Please look beyond the wrinkles to a GEM!

It was unused and heavily starched but was severely darkened from storage. I have laundered and pressed the set and it is in ready to use condition. When I received the set. Each napkin had a"Made in Japan" sticker attached. The sticker on the tablecloth reads"Made in Occupied Japan" I had to remove the tags to clean the set, but will include them in shipping. The set is very close to white in color. But not a bright white. I might call it an eggshell color. Stunning Festive Vintage Table Topper! Banquet size Tablecloth 86x62 with 8 napkins. Rayon cotton blend. It has been impossible to capture in any light the true color of this cloth. The best I can say is that it is a pale light green with a classic design. It is a color that could be used year round. The pictures show both sides it is hemmed with salvaged sides. There is a main seem straight up the middle. No holes or stains and in excellent pre used condition. The large napkins measure 20x19 and can stand a laundering the cloth is in laundered and pressed ready to use condition. C 1950's-60's. Antique to Vintage Rayon? Embroidered Lace Trim Late 1950's 11 1/2 yards!
Particular item listed: This pretty piece of trimming measures 11 1/2 yards and is 1/2 inch wide. The embroidery is white and pale blue and I think it's made of Rayon. It's still on its original card from the store where it was bought. Alders of Croydon. England, 6PM Sale! I am the first person to unwind it from its card(had to measure it. for 60 years! Is that new or is that new, rather unused new? You decide! History of Items Over the next few weeks I am listing loads of lace items. All were given to me 40 years ago by a 90 year old woman. Who has worked as a seamstress in London from the age of 10 years old! so the pieces I have are from about 1886 onwards. None of the lace[this piece or any I will be offering] has a musty smell, but it does need washing to remove yellowing from age. I used many of the pieces I had in dressing ... moreantique dolls that I had either collected or reproduced myself. Unfortunately my hands and eyes don't enjoy doing such fine work anymore. Vintage ANTIQUE Silk RIBBON + Rayon Ribbons, Cotton Seam Binding - Trim
Am downsizing my collection of lace. Trims& sewing notions. This lot collection of ribbons is quite varied. First up is a gorgeous orange silk ribbon. 5/8" inches wide and 2 yards, 6 inches long. A few small pin holes, else in lovely condition. Soo soft. Scrumptious! Next. A double-faced pink/blue ribbon, also very soft and lovely. Shows a little wear& small pin holes, needs pressing. Just over 1 1/3 yards long and half an inch wide. There's a roll of beige silk taffeta seam binding; it has a couple yards on it I think. But is certainly for display only, as time has rendered it brittle. It is great for display or study, though. I like to put a range of these types of ribbons in a basket on a table or display cabinet. The tomato red/ gold metallic ribbon came to me wrapped on the roll of taffeta seam binding above. It's ... morein nice usable condition. The gold has tarnished so it's gold in some places and a darker color in others. About 1/4" inch wide. And just over a yard long. Not sure of the fabric content- likely rayon. I haven't done a burn test. Very soft. Very special. The pink seam binding is French though the white/blue label is blank. It's a loose-weave cotton and I think there are 3 yards. Though I haven't taken it apart to measure. Plenty there. OK. Now for the wide navy ribbon. The first(in center of photos) is super-soft silk. 6.5 inches wide, and about 2 feet, 2 inches(26 inches) in length. It came to me folded and I haven't ironed it so it needs a good pressing. Else in lovely condition. The second navy ribbon is a shiny taffetta. It has slubs like silk and it has condition issues; almost looks like how silk shatters but not quite. I think it is rayon. There are places where it looks like it's been stressed creating sort of holes where light shines through. It also needs pressing. I think that it could still be used for some types of projects. It's super-wide- 7.5 inches! and is 1 yard. 7 inches long(43 inches) The plaid/tartan is white. Red, yellow,
