Wear Ever Model 4000-4 Fresh-O-Matic Steamer This is a countertop steamer that I got out of a local restaurant that closed down a few years ago. This piece of equipment is fully tested and working perfectly. This is an aluminum Wear Ever(the company later became Lincoln) model 4000-4 Fresh-O-Matic steamer. These steamers are the industry standard. According to what I’ve read about them you can cook an entire pound of bacon in about 20 seconds. It plugs into a standard 110V outlet and uses 1500W. Includes removable aluminum tray. This is a used piece of equipment that is probably from the 1970’s. It was well-maintained and cleaned. But it’s not perfect and shows a little use wear. It has some discolorations on the front and around the handles, some residue on the bottom, and the underside of the steam lever is discolored. This auction is for a Lincoln Model 4000 FRESH-O-MATIC food steamer in Non-Working Condition. I purchased this with the intent of reselling on ebay but when I went to check it out. Although all the lights on the front panel turned on, it started smoking. I removed the front cover and the control board looked bad. The board was manufactured by Control Products Inc and was part number 6210D000-99. Rather than try my hand at repairing the steamer, I decided to sell AS-IS in Non-Working Condition with NO RETURNS. I know that this is a very expensive piece of hardware with parts that are very expensive, so, if you have a non-working Fresh-O-Matic, perhaps there are parts on this one that you can use.
