This starter is unused. But not in the original box. The boxes were dirty, had paint overspray on them and overall were in poor shape. The starters inside were in plastic and look fine. They are mounted on a white enameled back-plate like you would use for a Hoffman panel. I am not sure if this is standard for this type starter or not. If it doesn’t work for you, you can remove the 6 screws that hold the plate on and then mount it by using its own back-plate. Also included are a couple pieces of literature which we never got in the picture. Overall, the starter in this offering appears to be in fine shape. We checked about everything you could check without putting it under load and everything appears normal. In this listing you are bidding on an unused Size 3. Square D Reversing Motor Starter.
