There is a pull chain on both. One is brown and one is cream. There are 2 plugs that convert an outlet to a light bulb socket. One is cream and one is brown. There are two outlet extenders that plug into an outlet and provide 3 outlets. One is cream the other looks to be painted white. The last piece is a screw in outlet that goes into a light bulb socket. There are some marked Leviton, GE, FH. I'm not sure of the age on the pieces. Look to be bakelite and vintage plastic. it appears the the 3 on the left are leviton with threaded stems and bakelite or plastic sockets seemed like one was missing a screw. The three leviton look unused, the 3 on the right are circle f and seem used in good condition with porcelain sockets and bakelite bodies one has a threaded stem the other two don't, all six seem in very good shape without cracks and totally useable, now they have been around for many years kept clean and dry but do have some scuffs just from being moved around, need to make some room and they need to go, this is good old stuff.

Here we have an Antique Double Cluster Bakelite Paulding Lamp Socket Tree. It comes complete with a Brass shaft and a little cord as seen. This comes to you in working condition.
