But this belt had flames stamped into it, as well as an"O" and a scroll design around it, above the flames. This belt is riveted together. It was very well made, as most hand made things are. There is cracking around the rivet at the buckle end. I would say that this is more of a wall decoration at this point, but you could still use it.

We are offering this vintage leather fishing rod holder made by the George Lawrence Company of Portland. Oregon. Considering its age it is in beautiful condition. There is some wear and the leather is cracking slightly in a few places especially around the buckle holes and at one of the straps due to age and wear. It is fully intact and completely functional. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE This is a vintage George Lawrence Leather Fishing Rod Holder made in Portland. Oregon, and knife with sheath. I am not sure if the sheath was made for this fishing rod holder or not but I could see no way to remove it from the strap as the buckle is bigger than the loop on the sheath. Considering its age it is in great shape. There is some cracking in the belt so it could use some tlc and some needs-foot oil. I do not image that this is anything but a fantastic show piece. The knife blade has surface rust. But could probably be cleaned up and usable. The knife is well made but had no manufacturer mark. Check out my other items. I pulled a beautiful German made needle-nose pliers with sheath off of this belt as well as a small multi-tool. Thanks!
