Up for sale is a Larkin ACP8-90 walkin cooler evaporator. This unit is in pretty good condition and was removed from a restaurant in working condition. I got this unit from an auction and only needed the condenser. Buyer is responsible for everything and this is sold in AS IS condition. I have no way of putting it under pressure to check everything. In the picture the unit is upside down because the drain pan on the bottom is low gauge metal and gets bent when the unit is sitting on it but is easily bent back. Below are the specs I found online. I purchased this cooler for beer storage to start a new brewery in Lancaster. SC. I knew it needed work when I purchased it, and luckily I found a great HVAC contractor who is extremely knowledgeable to help get this into working order. It served me well in the start of my business. I recently expanding the the brewery and this unit is no longer needed. The exact day that I made the first batch of beer on the new system, the compressor went bad. Everything else is in good working condition and my HVAC contractor said that a new compressor would cost around $800.00 + $300.00- $400.00 labor to replace. The unit is upstairs and I will assist in the removal on the unit. I can arrange my HVAC contractor to be onsite to capture the Freon and assist in an other information about the unit. He specializes in draft systems for McDonald's, Etc.

10' x 20' x 10' Walk in Freezer/Cooler
10' wide x 20' long x 10' tall. The door is 5' wide and 8' tall. We purchased this Freezer new(about $12.000) and have been using it in our food store since 2007. You can move pallets in and out of it. We have not modified it in any way and it maintains about zero degrees F. It needs to be disassembled. Moved, and reassembled. The floor is a poured concrete floor over foam panels as the manufacturer advised. This mean that it otherwise has no floor and sits on the bare concrete floor. It is advised that foam panels be put down and a concrete floor poured for best efficiency. The compressor is roof mounted. The compressor runs on 240V 3phase power. We have it on a 30amp circuit but it only draws about 10 amps. So it could be on a 15 or 20amp circuit. The shelves seen are not part of it but we can negotiate those too if ... moredesired.
