They measure 39 inches high by 15 inches wide by 16 inches deep.with a seat height of 28 inches. The chairs have an unusual stylish back.please see photos. Each chair has a bronze foot rest. Vintage Porcelain Soda Fountain Dispenser ORANGE Flavor marked on the pump knob on the top White porcelain container bottom measures approximately 10" high by 4.25" deep by 6" wide. Marked on the bottom The Liquid in a triangle which I believe means The Liquid Carbonic Company. Chicago. They began making soda fountain items around 1897. There is also a number under the triangle but I can't make it out. Bottom of white porcelain has some rub an scuff, discoloration marks, knub imperfections in the porcelain from when it was made(little bump pieces) that have discolored since it is on the base. This item is not dated. Former owner told me he estimated circa 1930's and I think that is possible. But I do not know for sure. It is vintage older. Metal pump insert has a porcelain knob at top that says"ORANGE" on ... moreit meaning this container was used for orange flavoring. When you push down the knob it pumps. I have filled it or tested it. So I cannot say if it works. Being sold"as is" as was found. Top is a thick plastic measuring 4.5" by about 6.75" Condition note: A corner edge piece of the top heavy plastic. Near spout, is nicked missing as you can see in photo. This old dispenser was likely in an old restaurant or ice cream parlor soda fountain along with other dispensers containing other flavors. The two pieces are heavy weighing 10 pounds unwrapped. Each measures about 2 5/8" tall and about 6" across. They are both in excellent condition with no major issues. I spent about ten minutes polishing one dish as you may be able to tell. The parts I worked on polished up very nicely. It still has quite a bit of tarnish in places and would benefit from more polishing. Plate overall appears to be in excellent condition. I see just one small spot of wear/oxidation that may not polish out on top surface of dish that I polished. These dishes appear to have had some normal use. See photo for marks on base. This beautiful nostalgic syrup dispenser is guaranteed to be 100% authentic and original! Sometime prior to 1956 there was a fire in an old fashioned soda fountain shop on Main Street in Umatilla. Oregon. I know the fire happened before’56. Because that’s the year my husband’s family moved to Oregon, and he can remember the burnt out husk of a building—with“Shake Shoppe” painted across the front and on one side. In 1972 my parents bought that building. I was helping my mother do the“trash-out” when I discovered this cool old syrup dispenser. I was 15 years old at the time. And fell in love with the thing! I stubbornly refused to lift another finger to help. Until my mom promised me it wouldn’t go in the trash(I wonder what other treasure was thrown away that day) This Ward’s Orange Crush syrup dispenser works just fine. And is in near mint ... morecondition. I have taken excellent care of it since 1972! Please examine photos carefully. The pump is original and works just fine. The Ward’s Orange Crush company was founded in 1916. When Clayton Howell& Neil Ward formed a partnership to market this wonderful new refreshing beverage. The partnership also marketed Ward’s Lemon Crush. Ward’s Lime Crush, Ward’s Grape Crush, and later Ward’s Pineapple Crush. In 1920 the name Ward’s was dropped from the marketing. That dates this cool old porcelain syrup dispenser to 1916-1920. I have seen other dispensers with a mold date on the bottom of the dispenser. But this one is not dated.

But I have never seen any ones like this one. It measures about 10 1/4" tall as is made of what looks like silver plate. The rim around the lid and the base are very ornate. CONDITION OF ENTIRE COLLECTION: A General Statement. One must realize that due to the nature of how the Wander Company handled their Ovaltine Archives. The method of storage and handling was not with picky collectors like you and me in mind. Items may be folded, written on in ink or pencil(with notations, messages, personal notes or filing codes) stapled, taped, cut unevenly(in the case of pages from print media) punched with binder holes. and a LOT of the items in binders were glued to black construction paper pages. Fortunately ... morewhatever glue they used frequently has deteriorated and allowed items to fall off the pages without tearing or paper loss. However. Keep in mind that such items carry brown brush stroked glue stains on part of their surface which I attempt to show in most cases. In cases of certain binders being sold in their entirety.
