VINTAGE and ORIGINAL, Heavy Porcelain(possibly Ironstone? with Brass fixings- delicate brass stand with gorgeous edging along the bottom that is removeable(looks like it has been repaired? It has the parts inside as I can see the the nut and bolt at the bottom and if I look through the top I can see a bolt. I believe this may have had a something on the top also. Perhaps a finial or a handle, but I am not sure? The brass dispenser knob turns and would have dispensed the peppermint. It has an amazing glow under a blacklight(see photos) It has its original metal insert and Bakelite Lid Finial. It is a Colonial style with 10 Fluted Paneled body 2/3 of the way up. It is pretty heavy weighing over 2.5 lbs before packing and will be securely packaged and double boxed. It is in great condition overall with no cracks or large chips. I only found a couple tiny nicks to the panel corners(photos 11 and 12) Not readily noticeable unless looking for them. No other issues that I can find. Rim and foot edge look free of any damage! Clean and clear inside. No dents, damage, or problems with the metal insert! The holder is in good antique condition with no chips or cracks. There is extensive but even tarnish to the metal showing. There are some rust spots under the base. This is not a reproduction. Up for your bid: OLD GLASS STRAW HOLDER/DISPENSER A very nice 9 1/4" tall glass and chrome straw dispenser. It's about 2 1/2" diameter. It has an impressed number of 34 on the bottom of the glass. That is the only markings it has. The glass has a mold seam on each side. I'm not sure how old this is. I know I have had it at least 25 years. It was made for the glass to have an antique look to it with wavy looking glass. There are no chips. Cracks, or rusting of the lid. It is in excellent condition. Antique Vtg Soda Drug Store Soda Fountain Faceted Straw Holder Dispenser
Straw holders have been made for a long. Long time, but this is one of the oldies! It is big and heavy; look at the bottom edge, and the arched facets that go about 2/3's of the way up. It has the old knurled metal finial, too. There are a few teensy chips on the bottom side mold lines and lots of others on the bottom edge mold line, usually described as"roughness on the mold lines" Nothing that jumps out at you; you feel it more than you see it. The chrome or nickel plating has some wear, exposing a little brass here and there. Also the lid has a few small dents, a lot of light pitting and other wear consistent with age/use. But overall it is in nice, displayable condition. It measures just under 12" to the top of the finial. It weighs 3.75 lbs. I do not charge handling fees. 1950's 60's soda fountain bar pop dispenser w/ compressor CO2 & syrup tank
You are looking at a fountain bar for home or business. It is on wheels. It is 58" wide at the top padding. The depth of the padding is 22" and the back extends 6" more to a 28" total. It stands 43" tall. It has a Mix Monitor head( model 3HC) with the three top plastic pieces. They are printed on. The red one is coke a cola logo. The other two are sweet soda and ginger ale. It is a professionally built bar by the Carbonic Dispenser INC. The model is a PB-3H and the serial number is 105. The back side has a removable tray that is the total width of the bar. There are the three syrup containers. CO2 tank, and compressor. I plugged it in and the motor did run. I only ran it for about 30 seconds as I was not sure if the motor had oil in the bearings. The hoses are all steel braided except for the red water hose. The sink ... moreis actually an ice holder with the chill plate on the bottom. It does not have a drain. It was made that way. The pictures should show condition and equipment hook up. It is in very good condition for it's age. There is a tear in the padded bar which is pictured. The front of the bar along the bottom has loose material. The printed black vinyl is is great condition without tears. There is a picture on the side of which I assume is an ash tray. One under counter light bulb and guard is missing. I will ship but I prefer a local pick up in the Mankato MN area. I would crate the unit for an additional charge and the buyer would arrange shipping. We would need tailgate service at our end.

I would guess, to the 1920s-40s period. It is 10 inches tall with the lid off, 3 1/2 inches in diameter at the top and weighs 3 1/2 pounds. The top was nickle plated but has been professionally polished to the base brass metal. The holder is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The bottom shows normal wear consistent with age.
