What a great christmas item for you friend in Los Angels. I was told this neon light was made in the 1940's but don't hold me to it. It doesn't work. It measures 21" across and 17" high. x 5" deep. The case is made of metal. You take the red plastic cover off and wind x-mas lights or LED strings around the existing neon tubing. There are holes in the back where cord comes out and plugs into wall. In pretty good condition but there are two stress cracks on the sides of the red cover. Not the front. And some dark drip marks that might come off. It weighs 6-1/2 lbs. before packaging. I try to ship the cheapest way but safely. HIGH DOUBLE SIDED PORCELAIN FIRESTONE SIGN Up for auction is a vintage 20 ft. high porcelain Firestone tire sign. It is a 2-piece doubled sided sign. It was a barn find and has not been left outside. You can view the pics of the underside to see there is no rust from outside storage. We cleaned the porcelain. Compounded/cut/polished with a high speed buffer and hand waxed all 6 sections at our auto detailing business. It took 2 techs 3 hours to complete and they came out incredible. This process removed years of oxidation and brought back a beautiful lustre and shine still maintaining that vintage patina/look. They have not been over restored and we did no refinishing at all. At one time it was boxed in, had neon lighting and ... morewould have been mounted vertically outside a Firestone store. This auction is for the porcelain sign faces. Rolling Rock Sparkling Beer Motion Neon Sign This is a really amazing looking sign. The neon illuminates the bottle from inside and gives it the look of an actual sparkly beer. There is an LED light system built into the bottle that blinks in a sequence going from the base of the bottle up to the top. Watch my video below for the best idea of what I'm talking about. It gives the illusion of a bubbling beer sparkling in the light. Absolutely beautiful to watch and impossible to do without getting a little thirsty in the process. Sign is in great shape. Vintage Art Deco 1930's Electric Neon Clock Co. Cleveland Ohio Metal Clock Sign
For your consideration a vintage 1930's clock. The clock is has a metal back and dial with a glass dial cover and wood frame. It has a spin start movement. It runs and works. There is some damage to the finish on the dial. The cord has a repair and is not original. It measures 9 1/4" in width by 9 1/4" in height.
