Up for sale is my model 692"White Mountain Electric Household Freezer" I tested it before taking the photos and it runs. I took pictures to show the condition as best I could. You can see there is rust on the bands that go around the wood barrel. On the inside bottom of the barrel where the inner freezer chamber spins, and on the latch/ hinge areas where the motor sits a top the wood barrel. I don't think these areas will affect the operation. The inner chamber where the ice cream will be contained appears brand new and beautiful. The paper label on the wood barrel is loose on left side. Vintage White Mountain ice cream maker. It is in very good usable condition. The only part that is rusted is the crank itself. But not too bad it actually gives it that vintage look. It actually looks like it's never been used. The inside is very clean and nothing is worn out.

Electro Freeze FT-1 20 QT Commercial Ice Cream and Italian Ice Batch Freezer If you’re looking to get into the ice cream. Italian ice, sorbet, gelato, or frozen dessert business, then you likely already know the importance of having a reliable batch freezer in your kitchen. We purchased this machine earlier this year for our own small business from a Rita’s Italian Ice restaurant that had closed down on the East coast. The machine remains in good mechanical condition and has been our primary batch freezer for making bulk 2.5 gallon Italian ice product for fundraisers, catering, corporate events, and birthday parties. The 20 quart chamber freezes quickly and the overall consistency of the product remains excellent with the newer resin dasher blades that were installed. There’s also a set of stainless blades included as well, so depending on ... moreyour product there’s an additional option for you. In regards to the Electro Freeze FT-1 batch freezer itself. These machines were manufactured under the Emery Thompson name up until the early 2000’s, which is often referred to as the leader US built batch freezers and frozen dessert equipment. It is a single phase 220V-250V machine electrically, so it’s easy to add to an existing kitchen or shop space as well. In regards to cooling, the FT-1’s are water-cooled machines, allowing them to nearly non-stop in a production type environment for a small business or even packaging distributor. As mentioned previously, there are(2) sets of dasher blades included with the machine, so depending on the consistency of product you desire, there’s two options in regards to the dasher blades themselves. The interior of the machine has been thoroughly cleaned and the overall steel base structure has been cleaned. Prepped, and re-painted. We’ve also replaced all of the internal 3/16” weather stripping and noise reduction material between the steel base and the sheet metal exterior panels. It is a very small freezer(is the smallest one I've ever seen and I've been making home made ice cream all my life)it holds 4 cups of water but that is filled to about 1/2" of the top rim.4 cups(1qt) of ice cream would overflow it.I'm wondering if it is a salesman's sample? or perhaps a personal size one for one person? if there is such a thing? I'll start at the top: the motor is very heavy.is 60 watts power.the top cover is of either stainless steel or chrome.its bottom portion is painted a medium blue and it must be aluminum because a magnet doesn't stick.all very clean.I don't see any wear to the gear although I'm sure it has been used a few times.the motor does run and the paddle does turn. ... moreThe bucket portion is I think of fiberglass or plastic.has a small drain hole near the top.it is 8" tall. 7" across the top edge, and 5 3/4" across the bottom surface.is in very good condition with no cracks or chips.does have some faint discoloration on the inside. The paddle is of a cast metal(magnet does stick) with sturdy wood portions at each side.it measures 7 3/4" long from tip to tip and is about 3 1/2" wide not including the wooden portion.in good condition.the metal does have some faint surface rusting?
