Up for auction is a vintage Hobart Meat Grinder model#822 that is dated 1936. The name plate with model& serial number is missing from the top of the motor. I had contacted Hobart directly and sent in these pictures and they resopnded back to me that it is a Model 822 and provided me with a copy of their parts book which they stated was dated 1936. I have not attached a copy of the email I recieved from them. But if you would like a copy of it, please contact me with your request& email address and I will forward on a copy to you. This is made of polished cast aluminum(not plastic like the newer ones) It was made by the KitchenAid Elec. Housewares Division of the Hobart Mfg. Co. Greenville, Ohio. This looks to be in very good, barely used, if at all condition. This attachment will fit vintage, as well as modern KitchenAid Stand Mixers, as long as they have the attachment socket/ cap on the front of head. I tried it out on the vintage KitchenAid stand mixer model K45, that I am also selling today on Ebay, and it turned without any interruption. This comes with all the pieces you see in the photo.
