Offered for auction is this vintage GRISWOLD(large block logo) CAST IRON SKILLET GRIDDLE size 108 p/n 201 A. Measures 10 1/4 inches in diameter. 15 inches from end of handle, across pan with 3/4 inch tall sides and weighing 2 pounds 12 ounces. This was made by the Griswold Mfg. Co. of Erie, PA. circa 1930's. Condition: This pan is in"like-new condition" The original factory honed lines on the cooking surface are distinct with no sign of utensil use. The number 8 impressed on its handle is unclear. Otherwise there are no manufacturing imperfections. There are no chips, cracks, pitting or rust and the bottom sits perfectly flat and will not wobble. This has been well cleaned, properly seasoned and is looking great.

This auction is for a Vulcan commercial gas stove with 3- 36' griddle and 3 burners w/oven. A comparable unit runs about $5.882.85 retail new. Unit is used. There are some heat stress marks and perhaps a few dings and scuffs that you would naturally expect from normal use/abuse in a busy restaurant. The unit is also heavy. This 11-inch diameter griddle is in excellent condition. It is free of rust. Carbon deposits, cracks, chips, warps, pits, etc. The cooking surface just has a few minor scratches and utensil marks. The griddle does have a slight wobble on a glass-top cooking surface. Bear in mind, the cooking surface is raised from the stove top by the rim of the griddle. It was cleaned and seasoned the old fashioned way in my antique wood-burning Glorious 1220 Cook Stove. This is a nice griddle Buyer pays my actual cost of shipping or less which includes postage. Vintage Dominion Chrome Fancy Waffle Maker Griddle Panini Press Model 1251
This auction is for a Dominon Waffle Iron. It is in very good working condition. I cleaned it up and made a batch of waffles(mine were gluten-free almond meal waffles so yours may turn out a bit thicker with regular flours) and the plates are very non-stick. The only area that stuck a bit was the front edges where my batter overflowed a bit. I used a cup of batter. I have no book but waffle makers are fairly simple. There is a light on the top. Plug it in and pre-heat until the light turns on. On the right edge is a slide control. There used to be graduated lines on there with light. Med, dark and grill. The bottom of the control is the lowest heat setting and the very top is the hottest, the setting you use when you switch the plates over to the flat griddle plates. When you have them turned over like this you can make pancakes and grilled ... moresandwiches. Because of the floating-type hinges you can even make pressed Panini sandwiches with it and the weight of the griddle itself makes wonderful pressed sandwiches. There is a couple very light scratches on the grill plates. They look almost unused. The waffle plates are of a beautiful, decorative design. There is a small amount of darkening in some of the edges of the designs but it is clean. Only clean with scrubbers mean for Teflon to avoid removing the non-stick surface. I am not sure what the surface is made of as I don't have a book. The stainless steel/chrome surface is in very good condition. There are no dents or damage, just some minor mars from normal cleaning and use. I have taken a lot of pictures. Please view them on my Photobucket album by clicking this link.
