Vintage Co-Branded RCA- Whirlpool Stove Top Grill Very Rare Item Total Size: 20 1/4 X 10 1/2 X 1 1/4 The two heat disks on bottom measure 15 3/5 inches apart(measured from the outside edges) Centers of each disk measure 10 1/4 inches apart. My best guess on material is cast aluminum but I'm not sure and can't guarantee it. The grill weighs 7.6 pounds. I spent considerable time trying to research this item and came up with zero on it. I'm pretty good with that sort of thing so this item has to be super rare. The co-branded RCA and Whirlpool was especially interesting. The grill is in good vintage condition overall with some baked on grease stains. Light scratches. I did give it one cleaning with a degreaser and hot water and much of the stains came off. Small logo#9 Skillet Griddle by Griswold. P/N 202D. No 109. This Skillet Griddle measures 11 1/4" wide x 7/8" high(approx) Nice comfortable raised/curved handle. Skillet is very smooth inside and out. No cracks. Pits, rust, or wobble. Milling rings are still visable. An occasional utencil mark. Very nice! It has been cleaned with electrolysis bath and seasoned. From our pictures you may conclude that our pieces may be damp with oil or grease due to the shinniness of the picture. This is not the case. These have been seasoned 4 times with Crisco shortening which is baked on and dry to the touch. You will not find any oily or greasy film. Note: For those of you that may not be familiar with the electrolysis bath and seasoning process; this is a procedure that is a very time consuming and work intensive process to remove all old grease ... moreand burnt on gunk to restore the cast iron to near new condition without damaging the item. This is done with DC voltage. Then a 4 step seasoning process is done on the item to prep it for new use and protect it from rust and other oxidation. At this point it is ready for use or display with no more black. Or greasy feel on your hands. For those familiar with this process, I know you realize how much effort was put into giving you an item to be proud of. It measures about 14" wide handle to handle; 10" deep and 5 1/4" high; it is heavy duty weighing about 8 1/2 pounds. This is a vintage electric griddle. Likely from the 1930s-1940s. The griddle measures approx. 10.5" x 6" at the center(since the edges are a little rounded. The edge length would be slightly smaller) Item has some scratching on the griddles. And a little wear on the outer chrome as well. There are a couple images of wheat on the top. I've plugged the griddle in and felt it starting to heat up. I did not cook anything with it to fully test it. Sold as is.
