Heavy cast iron griddle from the early 1900's. A#8 pancake griddle with the number 745 halfway between the Erie logo and the 8 to the left. I don't know what the numbers stand for but as we were seasoning the griddle, the number 745 became"ungrimed" and is clearly visible. It doesn't appear to have had much use given its good condition. Untested as I don't have propane and hose. Up for bids is one mid century 1960 ish Presto Griddle. This is a griddle with an all aluminum cook surface(that is extremely difficult to clean in all honesty) I used a steel wool pad to clean it but it could be better. This was manufactured in or around 1960. It heats uniformly and is fully submersible. It includes the cook surface with two handles. The power/temperature controller and a glass drip tray.
