Vulcan 48 inch griddle 4 burner heavy duty
Up for bid is a 4 foot wide Vulcan flattop griddle. This has the heavy duty 1 inch thick top. It has electrically controlled cooking zones via dial thermostats. I had the thermostats replaced last year. This runs on natural gas but you can swap the regulator on back for propane use. I'm including the rolling stand with it along with the quick detach gas line hose. The hose alone usually costs at least $150 from a restaurant supplier. Has grease tray. Thermostat controls plug into standard 110V power. This thing cooks great. If I had room in my house I'd keep it. Any questions please ask. Sold As-Is. It will have to either be picked up locally or shipped via a trucking firm like MME etc. The thing is heavy but I can arrange to help load.
