Moline Scrapless Long John Donut Cutter - Industrial Size
This is a Moline Industrial Cutter. This can cut long johns. Cookie dough, brownies and bars(frozen is better) The cut is 13/4" across and 5" long. There are 8 long johns across and 4 rows per revolution. The cutter has been in storage for a while. I tried to take a lot of pictures. There is surface rust in the corners of all the spaces. I would take time to remove with sand paper or steel wool. Flour is pretty abrasive. Marked Moline on the handle and stamped in the metal. The handles are in good shape and spin easily. This is a used piece of equipment. The blades are pretty straight; they are made to bend easily. There are a few chips and nicks on the cutting surface; nothing that would affect cutting. This conveyor can heat and glaze between 50 to 75 dozen donuts per hour. Frozen donuts must first be thawed in a proofer at 105 degrees Fahrenheit. The donuts can be held in the proofer for up to 5 hours before processing through the TG-50. After thawing and holding in the proofer the donuts are placed on the conveyor and coated with 1/8" glaze.
