Vintage 1950's Schlitz Beer Cooler. This cooler measures 19 x 12 x10 and weighs a little over 12 lbs. It is a tan with orange lid and red/white Schlitz logo. The paint has wear& tear. Scratches. Vintage Olympia Beer hard plastic cooler. The bottom blue is in nice shape with some minor scuffs from use. But the white top has yellowed with age and I am not sure if it will clean up with bleach to a crisp white anymore. I was too scared to try myself. Inside is clean and ready to use. This old plastic bucket is made by Imperial Plastics of Evansville. Indiana as marked on the bottom. The photo doesn't show it clearly but it is readable and has the crown shape. Also marked on the bottom is a"4" and T4-08B. It is marked Cold Beer on the side along with"ist Das Beste" on the stein image. The lid is marked T4-79. The lid is still pliable as I took it off the bucket it bends and did not crack. The bucket has no cracks and the handle is intact. This sat in an attic for many years and has yellowed a bit. Without the lid it is nearly 5: tall and spans a little over 6" across the opening at the top. An interesting vintage item for sure. High bidder to pay priority shipping. Please pay within one week. Vintage ~Fehrs Beer~ Cooler NEAR MINT
This Fehr's beer cooler is in excellent shape. I've never seen one in this good of condition. No rust on inside or bottom. Still has original brass drain plug on bottom. Just very slight wear on the outside from its age. Thanks for looking at my auction!
